Emailing integrations: Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress…

No proprietary plugin to maintain. CRM, store, forms, Excel, Canva: connect via REST API, webhooks, CSV or Zapier / Make.

• HubSpot : HubSpot stays the CRM. MailPilotX sends newsletters and transactional mail via a HubSpot workflow or Zapier.
• PrestaShop : Many French SMBs still run PrestaShop. Connect via API and webhooks, without a marketplace module.
• Sellsy : Sellsy owns quotes and contacts. MailPilotX owns campaign sending: export, webhook or Zapier.
• HelloAsso : HelloAsso collects memberships and donations. MailPilotX sends the association newsletter when a member joins.
• Pipedrive : When a deal moves stage, trigger a MailPilotX email (nurture, onboarding) without leaving Pipedrive.
• Axonaut : Axonaut holds customers and billing. MailPilotX sends newsletters, often via CSV or Zapier.
• Odoo : Odoo has an email module. Many teams still want a dedicated editor: Odoo stays the ERP, MailPilotX the marketing send.
• Wix : Wix collects emails (form, store). MailPilotX sends from your domain with a fuller editor than Wix email.
• Airtable : An Airtable base (leads, event signups) can feed a MailPilotX list on each new row via Zapier, Make or a script.
• Shopify : There is no Shopify app to install. Connect the store via REST API, webhooks and, if needed, Zapier.
• Typeform : A Typeform response is a contact plus consent. MailPilotX can send a confirmation or a follow-up sequence.
• Outlook : Outlook does not send bulk newsletters. Export contacts or use Graph / Zapier into MailPilotX, then authenticate your sending domain.
• Excel : An Excel table (email, first name, locale) can become a MailPilotX list: CSV import or Zapier « new Excel row ».
• SharePoint : A SharePoint list (signups, staff, partners) can feed MailPilotX via Power Automate, Zapier or export.
• Google Sheets : A new Sheet row (signup, ad lead) can create the MailPilotX contact via Zapier or Apps Script.
• Google Forms : Google Forms writes to a Sheet; the Sheet or Zapier pushes to MailPilotX. Newsletter box must not be pre-ticked.
• WP Subscribers : The Subscribers plugin stores signups in WordPress. To actually send (domain, stats, unsubscribe), export to MailPilotX or use the API.
• WooCommerce : WooCommerce owns the cart; MailPilotX sends the newsletter and, via API, transactional emails.
• MailPoet : MailPoet sends from WP and often hits deliverability limits. MailPilotX takes lists and campaigns with an authenticated domain.
• Newsletter (WP) : The Newsletter plugin keeps lists in WP. For SPF/DKIM, stats and a modern editor, move sending to MailPilotX.
• WPForms : WPForms captures the lead. A webhook addon, Zapier or WP Fusion sends the email to MailPilotX instead of an admin notice.
• Gravity Forms : Gravity Forms is common on agency WP sites. A webhook feed sends each entry to MailPilotX.
• Ninja Forms : Ninja Forms submit → webhook or Zapier → MailPilotX contact. Same GDPR pattern as other WP forms.
• Mautic : Mautic can keep scoring while MailPilotX handles sending (editor, domain) via API, or you migrate campaigns.
• Magento : Magento order or account → observer / webhook / Zapier → MailPilotX (confirm, newsletter, cart follow-up).
• Salesforce : A Salesforce lead or contact can trigger a MailPilotX send (onboarding, B2B newsletter) without Marketing Cloud.
• Zoho : If Zoho Campaigns is not the editor you want, push Zoho CRM contacts to MailPilotX (workflow, Zapier, CSV).
• Nextcloud : Nextcloud Contacts or Office spreadsheets: vCard/CSV export, or a script, into a MailPilotX list.
• Zimbra : Zimbra is day-to-day mail. Campaigns go out from MailPilotX (domain, queues, stats), not BCC from Zimbra.
• SPIP : SPIP stays the CMS. A form (saisies, formidable) or webhook plugin sends the subscriber to MailPilotX.
• Dolibarr : Dolibarr third parties (customers, prospects) can feed MailPilotX: webhook module, Dolibarr API, or export.
• Canva : Canva does not sync contacts. Export PNG / JPG (or GIF) and drop them into the MailPilotX editor: hero, product, banner.
• WordPress : No official WordPress plugin. A form posts the contact to the API; you build the newsletter in MailPilotX.
• Zapier / Make : No Zapier app listing yet. Use Webhooks by Zapier (or Make HTTP) against the MailPilotX API.
• API & webhooks : The base for every integration: v1 API (Pro / Business), scoped keys, HMAC-SHA256 webhooks, transactional mail by slug.
