MailPilotX and HubSpot: CRM and newsletters

HubSpot stays the CRM. MailPilotX sends newsletters and transactional mail via a HubSpot workflow or Zapier.

How to connect

HubSpot workflow (contact created / deal won) → webhook or Zapier → MailPilotX upsert-and-send. Signed unsubscribes can flow back into HubSpot.

Honest limits

No official HubSpot OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
