MailPilotX and Pipedrive: pipeline and campaigns

When a deal moves stage, trigger a MailPilotX email (nurture, onboarding) without leaving Pipedrive.

How to connect

Pipedrive automations or Zapier « Deal updated » → MailPilotX send(slug). Marketing lists stay in MailPilotX.

Honest limits

No official Pipedrive OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
