Magento order or account → observer / webhook / Zapier → MailPilotX (confirm, newsletter, cart follow-up).

Adobe Commerce webhooks or a small HTTP module. Magento keeps checkout mail; marketing lives in MailPilotX.

Honest limits

No official Magento OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
