MailPilotX and Canva: visuals in the email

Canva does not sync contacts. Export PNG / JPG (or GIF) and drop them into the MailPilotX editor: hero, product, banner.

How to connect

Design at email width (often 600px), export, upload to the MailPilotX project library. Keep copy and CTA as blocks, not one giant JPEG.

What Canva does not replace

No list, no SPF, no unsubscribe. Canva is design. MailPilotX is sending. They complement each other.

Honest limits

No official Canva OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
