MailPilotX and SharePoint: company lists

A SharePoint list (signups, staff, partners) can feed MailPilotX via Power Automate, Zapier or export.

How to connect

Power Automate « When an item is created » → HTTP to the MailPilotX API. Works for internal comms and B2B.

Honest limits

No official SharePoint OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
