MailPilotX and Zimbra: mail server and newsletters

Zimbra is day-to-day mail. Campaigns go out from MailPilotX (domain, queues, stats), not BCC from Zimbra.

How to connect

Export the Zimbra address book, or use Zimbra SMTP as BYO in MailPilotX to keep the same authenticated sending host.

Honest limits

No official Zimbra OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
