MailPilotX and Salesforce: leads and campaigns

A Salesforce lead or contact can trigger a MailPilotX send (onboarding, B2B newsletter) without Marketing Cloud.

How to connect

Salesforce Flow → HTTP callout, or Zapier. Sync unsubscribe status back to a Salesforce field.

Honest limits

No official Salesforce OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
