MailPilotX and WPForms: WordPress forms

WPForms captures the lead. A webhook addon, Zapier or WP Fusion sends the email to MailPilotX instead of an admin notice.

How to connect

Form settings → webhook / Zapier → MailPilotX upsert. GDPR checkbox and privacy link on the form.

Honest limits

No official WPForms OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
