WooCommerce owns the cart; MailPilotX sends the newsletter and, via API, transactional emails.

Store events

WooCommerce hooks → Zapier, Make or a small plugin → MailPilotX upsert-and-send. Marketing newsletters stay in MailPilotX campaigns, not in WooCommerce PHP templates.
