MailPilotX and HelloAsso: members and donations

HelloAsso collects memberships and donations. MailPilotX sends the association newsletter when a member joins.

How to connect

HelloAsso payment/membership notification → Zapier or a script → MailPilotX. Collect newsletter consent on the form; do not dump the whole donor file.

Honest limits

No official HelloAsso OAuth app. In the product, MailPilotX Sync gives you a secret webhook URL (Pro / Business): the tool POSTs JSON, the contact lands in your list. CSV and the REST API still work.
