Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern access to MailPilotX, emailing software (create, send and track campaigns and newsletters).

Account

The account is personal. You are responsible for credentials and all sends from your workspace, including invited team members.

Lists

You warrant a lawful list (consent or other GDPR basis). Buying address files, spam and sender spoofing are forbidden. MailPilotX may suspend accounts in case of abuse.

Pricing and cancellation

Quotas and prices are those shown at checkout. Cancel from billing according to the terms shown at payment.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Open rates and deliverability also depend on your lists, content and DNS.
